Applied last May 17 and received a biometric request the next day. Do you have an update you can share? thanks!
Is it been 2 years you are waiting for supervisa?
My mother have a valid TRV visa and she went through medical too.
I can see Biometric is passed but not medical too, looks like it will take 407 days at least!
I've applied Super Visa for my Mother 29 March 2021, Biometrics done 6th April. Got a Ghost Update and Nothing after that.
My mother got her Super Visa today. Here is the timelines:

The critical part in my opinion is raising the webform and highlighting what I did. Otherwise, things will stay on hold for most of the people till they resume normal service.
