Hey, So this student has a student visa till 2022 but unfortunately she was kicked out of the school because of the academic plagiarism.. she tried to reply to other insititution but she hasn’t heard back from them and she is doing nothing as of now. Which will impact her work permit because she also had also taken 1 semester a part time before she was kicked out as she had failed few course and the college did not allow her to full time. What would be her best option to stay in Canada?

What is her status if she is doing nothing? When did they kick her out because her study permit is likely invalid? It can’t impact her PGWP because she never graduated. She needs a new study permit or at least have visitor status.

She took Jan 2021-April 2021 but was kicked out for academic offence and now she has applied to a different college.. and waiting for the result. Her study permit is valid till march 2022

So she needs a new study permit because it is a new program and new school. So she was only kicked out last month. She may need to change her status to visitor. Schools have an obligation to notify IRCC if they expel students so her permit will be invalid.
