Hello guys, I'm an FSW - O candidate and I had submitted a web form on IRCC website and received the following reply:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your application for permanent residence:
Your application was received via your account on January 20, 2021.
The responsible office has not initiated the verification regarding the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
You may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
Your application is currently located at the Canadian visa office in New Delhi, India.
Can somebody explain to me what this means in terms of eligibility and background check status?

- The background verifications are currently valid.
- The security background verification has not been initiated.
- The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Can somebody explain to me what this means in terms of eligibility and background check status?
Has anyone had any success checking application status from CAS link below? https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
i tried but it didnt work, did it work for you? maybe its only for those with paper applications and no cic online accounts
Hi All, just got IRCC Permanent Residence conformation Portal email
Just received the IRCC PR confirmation portal email!
Congrats... What is the next step? They will provide login details and we have to upload documents ? Is their any more review process or it’s just for pr card?
