Hi All, any idea when US/Canada border would re-open, now that 50% of CN is vaccinated? And with that would FSW-O processing automatically resume or are there other factors that have to be met too before?
Just got the 2nd email from IRCC with my credentials to the virtual landing portal. I received the first email this Saturday, but was hesitating wether it's safe to say that finally this process came to an end. It doesn't' feel like it still, because of all the delays and misinformation. I guess I need to actually see the card in my hands to feel like it's done and then receive congratulations. It's been incredibly tough to just wait and hope for the best (whatever it means).
Just FYI - my profile hasn't been updating through the process and it still says that everything is "in process". lol

Aor may 30 2020
July 20 2020- Medical passed and biometric request
September 15 2020 - medical expired
October 28 2020- biometrics completed
April 27 2021- medical extended
May 17 2021- GU (criminality and security completed)
May 21 2021 email from virtual landing unit to create PR confirmation portal. Replied on the same day.
May 25 2021- Received PR confirmation portal login credentials. Uploaded photo and confirmed address in it.
May 26 2021- eCopr in portal.

Guys, my AOR is in May 2020 FSW-O (US). Is it realistic to hope that our case would be processed this year and we could move to Canada?
I don't expect it to happen until the quarantine act is lifted in Canada. I think Canada plans to get COVID vaccines done by September. Hopefully by then things will open up. Maybe sooner if they introduce some kind of process to let in people who can provide proof of vaccination
Guys, today I saw "Application Updated" and the only thing changed was where the profile has Latest Update at the top. Previously it used to read "Medical Exam Passed on June XX" and now it disappeared. Rest everything is the same. I am FSW-O (US), May 2020 AOR. Any idea what it might mean? Extension of medical or update of the system?
