Guys I am single applicant,
should I select option A?
And answer th
 Name:
 UCI:
 Email (as set out in this message):  Original entry date:
 Date of last time entered Canada:  Location(Port of Entry):

or I don’t need to select option A or B?

and they ask location of entry,
So is it the one I entered last time or first Time entry?

Am I supposed to mention my personal email and then put the email in the template they mentioned again? Also I dont have any dependents so I just mentioned that instead of the Option thing. Is the last port of entry the city or the airport? I entered through Toronto international airport.

Many people have the same question. So, I am trying to provide a sample reply here.
A typical reply in your case would look like this -

Dear Officer,

At first, I would like to confirm that I (your name) am currently living in Canada and my residing address in Canada is "Address with Apt number".
Secondly, I am a single applicant. Thus, only one profile will be created in the PR Confirmation Portal for me with the email ID: "your_email@id"

Please see the requested information below:
Details of the Principal Applicant :
Name: ABCD XYZ
UCI: 12345678
Email: your_email@id
Original entry date: Date
Date of last time entered Canada: date
Location(Port of Entry): location e.g Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport

Please let me know if you need further information.

The doc I got didnt say I have to mention my address so I didn't. My understanding was that you confirm the address in the portal itself.

That's true, eventually one needs to provide the address in the portal and get it approved. I just tried to keep the reply informative and simple :).
Yeah that makes sense. I should have waited till I saw your sample. Hopefully I get the credentials by Friday.

Guys I got wrong email,
The attachment doesn’t belongs to me, I replied say that’s doesn’t belongs to me, please provide my actual information,
But didn’t get any reply from Friday,

anyone in same situation?

same case with me. Got the same email from IRCC twice on May 21 and May 24. Didn't provide any Option A or B because I am a single applicant. I also listed my email just once in the list of bullet points.

You will surely get the credential.
Some people get it by an hour and some had waited for a month. The typical wait time is between 2 to 14 days. For me it was a 1 day wait.

Good morning, we would like to have my spouse account under my account (option A in the PDF). Here is the requested information:

Name: XXXXXX
UCI:XXXXXXX
Email (as set out in this message): xxxx@gmail.com
Original entry date: January 29, 2018
Date of last time entered Canada: January 29, 2018
Location(Port of Entry): Winnipeg, Manitoba

Name: XXXXXX
UCI:XXXXXX
Original entry date: January 29, 2018
Date of last time entered Canada: January 29, 2018
Location(Port of Entry): Winnipeg, Manitoba

What I didn't include was my spouse email, thinking that the person taking a look at this info would infer it since we want only one account. Still haven't received any response. The complete silence from their end makes me think if I did something wrong. I have to admit that this process could be way better at this point.

That looks perfect to me. I think you will get it soon.
