UK PCC for 3 months

I spent 3 months and 20 days in the UK. Consider that the PCC is only applicable for a stay of 6 months or more, would it still be a good idea to get PCC for this period and submit it?

No, for Express Entry, you don't need PCC from countries you have not stayed for more than 6 months.
