Hey, I am applying for a work permit and there was a question if my “there has been any refusal on my application“ i think i put “no” even though i had a refusal at very first stage on my visa at the initial stage.. it was an error form my side. Do you think the consequences could be bad for the work permit application
 
its better to update them about it. Its not a major issue as long as you disclose it. Disclosing it has no consequence on your application because you got it approved second time after refusal ;but failing to disclose would be troubling; thats just my thinking

Do i just update them with a web form inquiry or is there a certain type of ”correction form“ that I should upload?
