Hi guys, just received my eCOPR. I was waiting since 13th May. I really hope everyone who is waiting gets it soon!

Long story short, If you get email credentials from Virtual Landing Unit which is under Etobicoke/Ottawa you will get the eCoPR very soon, But if you received the credentials email from CIC Calgary ( Like I do ) You have to wait few more days rather then Etobicoke. CIC Calgary is very slow compare to Etobicoke in regards to issuing the eCoPR.

Do update when y'all get the eCoPR from Calgary, seen couple of posts that people who sent the credentials around 10th-12th May are getting the eCoPR from Calgary.

No, As long as you stay in Canada. The expire date only indicates your medical is going to expire on that date.

Good question, If you have the "proof of your Virtual Landing before", or you have recently "landing", I think they won't send anything to your portal account.
For me, I do check regularly on my ECAS because my representative has my GCkey account. If your ECAS doesn't change to complete. I think IRCC hasn't sent the COPR to you yet. All you can do is wait a few more days. (Usually, ppl gets their E-COPR within 1 day to 2 weeks normally, the longest I have seen is 2 months.)
Another suggestion will be contacting the officer who sent you the first email because I saw someone get their golden email from them, even before the officer had created their accounts. But I think there is a risk that if you bug the officer a lot, they might just ignore your emails, or treat them as spam emails.

Received initial Portal email on May 19 (replied same day).
Received credentials email on May 20 (submitted declaration and picture same day)

Got my PR card in the mail today so this marks the end of the journey. Thanks for being so supportive everyone and hope the wait comes to an end for you all.

Ghost Update/Criminality Check Finalized (IRCC Portal): April 19th, 2021 > PR Confirmation Portal Email: April 26th, 2021 > Credentials to login to portal: April 28th, 2021... Photo and Address Submitted same day > E-COPR + Address Accepted on Portal: May 04th, 2021 > Linked my PR Card Application to IRCC portal > Update that card has been mailed in IRCC portal: May 19th, 2021 > Received PR Card in mail: May 25th, 2021.

PR confirmation portal still shows Photo being reviewed so once you get e-copr you can link application to actually check your PR card application update through IRCC portal. Just fyi, AOR: June 07, 2020 and file waiting for criminality check since October 20, 2020.
