Work permit

Hi Everyone
I was working on closed work permit since last year. This work permit is still valid for next 8 months but I have lost my job. Now I have applied for spousal based open work permit. And I am on implied status now. Am I allowed to work on implied status for any employer or I have to wait for my work permit to be approved?

You aren’t under implied status. You are currently under your closed WP. You can remain inCanada but can’t work. IS your spouse an international student or o their own WP? Do they wok in NOC 0, A or B?
