I called IRCC today and below is what I have so far for my application.
AR: 28 July 2020
AOR : Feb 28 2021
Medical Req.: 1st March 2021
Medical - Passed on 18 March 2021
Criminality - passed
Eligibility - Not started
Security - Not Started
Info Sharing- Complete
Any idea how long it takes to get PAL?
The agent said they won’t show when eligibility and security are in progresss in their database. They normally go from not started to pass. I’ve seen many people in this forum whose applications were early July have got their DM and some even have COPR but nothing has been updated yet for me which is very stressful

Yup. Almost same status. Wait for 2-3 weeks ! I hope they will clear AR July 2020 lot. Looks like Eligibility & Security can be pass anytime !

They consider my old biometric. I don't think they will ask again
