Check with the provincial engineering association where you are moving to for licensing requirements and steps. You may be able to get an EIT designation before you land.

No you don't need a license for 2132. You need a license for electrician or millwright which is trade related occupations, NOC start with the 71,72 or 73 groups

You also need license for professional engineer positions, which you can not just get it. You need More than 4 years experience which includes 1 year under supervision of designated PEng. License holder from specific province. The regulation body changes province to province.

In some cases if you have skills and don't have license the employer give you the same engineers responsibilities with the same compansation with "specialist" designation to avoid need of license and you can work in engineering department leading by license engineer. I know it's complicated but once you get in Canada everything will fall in place. If I were you I wouldn't worry about license just yet.
