don't worry if u passed ur eligibility and got bvl then ppr is on the way 
) just wait for it. usually they are waiting info-sharing to be completed to issue ppr. if it was refused it would have arrived already with bvl or a day after it. ) couples of students got ppr days or weeks after bvl. u might it get it either monday or any day next week.

I tried many time using the same number; however I reached to IVR and never get though a call centre agent. Could you please help me on this many thanks.
They might ask you for additional ADR (e.g. Police Clearance). After eligibility is passed, unless you have a criminal past, you can expect PPR as final decision.
They are saying this number is only for those who already in canada not for those who are outside canada.
Did you called on same number???
