I heard that the GCKEY account will change to “completed” when they send you pr cards

Honestly, i know couple people who changed their jobs before getting PR and got their PR even without informing IRCC.

Aa far as i know, it is like you passed your eligibility but you still need to pass other stages like medical security and criminality..
Can you give your brief timeline and status?
