Hi everyone
If anyone can tell me about the progress of reconsideration in ee. My last entry date was mentioned as 2017_06 instead of 2016_07 in schedule A work history but was right in address history. Because of which was pcc was considered invalid. I have submitted reconsideration. Anyone knows what's the possibility of positive decision?

I ordered GCMS note, AOR Dec 2020, Eligibility, Criminality, Info Sharing - ALl Passed. However, seeing the below notes in GCMS.
Name : Covid 19 Apr Pending OS Dependent
Other Sub Type Description :- COvid 19
Other Reason Description : for application that cannot be finalized because of OVS accompayning family members @legalfalcon Could you please help here
It simply says that you have overseas dependents, who are not exempt from travel restrictions and unless they are exempt, a COPR will not be issued and your application will be on hold until then, just like many others.

You just have to wait.

Hi, don’t remove her because you are ill just waste time and money and either way you would still require your kid medical even if he/she’s no longer in your application.
Unless you really have too and want to just apply for yourself then remove your kid but if the intention is to eventually bring your kid here I suggest not to remove him/her from the application.
I know the wait is torture, I got to that point as well where I was considering just removing my husband from the application but it’s not worth it, the biggest part is already done it’s a matter of them taking a final decision when things reopen. But God only knows when that will be

Thank you for your reply but her medical was already done back in last year and for me situation is totally different , its my in-laws who actually raise him, i was no where so was just planning to non-accompany her for now, later once we got my pr, i will apply his grandparents visa and then will sponsor whole family. sorry to say but i m just biological mother but in actual i have not seen since the time she was one year old and now she is almost five.

I am really sorry to hear that, hang in there.
Either you remove or keep her in your PR, she will still needs to do medicals when it expires.
Other programs don’t seem to be faster either so at this point it’s your call, the decision is yours to make based on how you are feeling . You’ve already done a part, removing her would not guarantee that your application will be processed faster. I have a friend in the exact same situation, her daughter is in China and she removed her from the application and she’s yet to receive any updates. Her AOR is October 2019. Sorry I can’t help much.
