PPR awaited after correspondence letter( BVL)

Hello All

I have applied for study permit on 20 April 2021 from India and below is my timeline.

Applied : 20 April 2021
Biometrics completed : 26 April 2021
Medicals passed : 5 May 2021
Correspondence letter (Stating the validity of biometrics). : 8 May 2021

I am yet to receive my PPR. Most of the students get PPR on the same day or the next day after receiving correspondence letter but it has been more than 10 days for me, there is no update. What could be the reason? Is this normal?

We are in a same boat. I applied on 13 April .got BVL on 12 may with medical passed, review started on same day ..waiting for PPR

if u are from india. i think u wont get ppr until they reopen VAC. because there is no sense in sending ppr with 30 days deadline while vac is closed ))

Ircc says expiry PPR will accepted due to lockdown in india ..I many student has received PPR during this lockdown ..

I have got the same update on 12th May including correspondence letter, I am re-applied case. Have you seen anyone with refusal after such a long distance?

usually refusals come with bvl or 1-2 days after it

Does it mean that I should be having good news coming up? I am so nervous these days as its been 10 days after BVL I heard nothing.

yes. i only saw ppr after days / weeks of BVL. so far unless there is something off in your application

Yes , usually refusal letter comes with BVL but these days more then 350+ student received BVL since 5 may and 1 student got refusal after 10 days of BVL. I don't want to create any panic and I'm also waiting for PPR as I received my BVL on 12 may . I have 3 refusals.

Hmmm. Do you know anyone who received immediate refusal with bvl? Or they put on hold all the files?
