FSW Inland PR applicants

Sharing my timeline with you guys:

FSW-inland - AOR November 6th 2020

• Eligibility: Passed
• Criminality: in process
• Security: not started
• VO: Ottawa

Super nice agent who said my file was considered inland and should be finalized in the next few months. Not on hold.

No way to have a more precise lead time. Any feedback?

Medicals were valid until this month. So they have been extended as Eligibility is Passed I guess.

one question, I see that for most people here. Eligibility is passed.
In my case, only Criminality is in progress, rest not started.
How come Eligibility is not passed ? Isn't it the first step after meds and bio ?

That's good to know , I also asked similar questions but did not get the response as you got it. Response was bit generic. Are you sure they are considering FSW-I applicants ?

maybe it is better to send webform and bring this topic to their attention, it is weird and look like system error!!! send them email.

Medicals were valid until this month. So they have been extended as Eligibility is Passed I guess.

I did call and the agent was formal that inland applications were still processed.

She said criminality and security are longer than usual due to covid but that I should get some update in the next few weeks. Will see.

I called them, agent said there is nothing like COR = Canada is priority.

Mine has been in same status since many months. Aor sept 4. Vo Ottawa.Eligibility is passed like back in November. Criminality has been in progress since long. No change in status for months. Really hope they open fsw inland files. I have really lost hopes with such delays.

I called them, agent said there is nothing like COR = Canada is priority.

So you mean IRCC doesn't have the concept of "inland"? They will only prioritize CEC, regardless of inland or outland?

A friend of mine (FSW-Inland) got his copr today. He applied March 2020. My guess is it's 15 months average processing time now.

Don’t lose hope. It’s only been 8 months. For FSW it’s above 12 months on average currently it seems.

I did not get that, sorry. What do you mean?

Agent didn’t say anything to me about priorities.

Just that IRCC was only processing files for people exempt from travel restrictions or already established in Canada. She said my current address is in Canada so that my file was still in progress, not on hold.

Same here. Eligibility not started.
Your file same is mine just passed R10.
What is your visa office? Let me guess-your file was transferred to Etobicoke office?
