Hello!

I am in the process of applying once again for a Study Permit ( the first SP application got refused -> ties to my home country).
I was told to present some kind of document that proves that I would find work in my country after I finish the program. I contacted a few companies, presented them with my situation and they replied within hours, saying they could help me out. I am supposed to go see HR representatives tomorrow. It's all kinda happening faster than I expected. In a way I am glad because I have to reapply ASAP!

I emailed the lawyer who is supposed to help me apply for my SP, but he did not answer my email yet and it is 8PM where he lives, so I do not want to bother him at this hour. Considering the companies are doing me a huge favor, I also do not want to call them an hour before the meeting and be like : "Hey, would you mind waiting another day? My lawyer did not check his email yesterday."

Does anybody have a template for such a document?

Thank you!

This is weird. I've never heard anyone do this to prove employment prospects in your home country. Why would a company you've never worked at promise you a job upon completion of a degree. Doesn't sound plausible me and I don't think the VO will buy it, to be honest.

All you needed to do was show proof (articles, reports etc) that there is demand for your specific skills locally.

But now you did mate : )

OP may have stated in the SOP that xxxx company is gonna hire him when he graduate from Canada so he will leave soon as he graduate. I wonder if he will even apply for a PGWP

To be honest, I am not able to plan that far ahead and other that completing college in Canada, I have no plans of staying there after I complete the program. Of course, the situation might change , but either way, for now - I want to return to Europe after I complete the program.

As someone mentioned , I did not specify what I was asking for in the post (sorry, I was very sleepy). I wanted to see a template or an example of such a document.

Well , the lawyer said that I should seek such documents. I am going to try to get in touch with him today. I asked the companies that offered me help to meet me tomorrow instead :< ... From what I understood (which is also how I explained it to the game devs) all I need is a statement. Not a job offer. So in a way it's what you are describing, except a little bit more official.

To be honest, I find it a bit silly that I have to provide such documents at all. Ppl with IT diplomas just find jobs soooo easily and I am Italian-Polish. IT sector in Europe is booming like anywhere else... It's as if I had to prove that I would find a job in my home country after studying medicine in Canada. Ppl in Europe get sick too... duh...
