There is no issue with the browser, I tried it with three different browsers with the same result. I was able to go beyond the payment page but get stuck at the Order form.have you tried using a different browser?

On the Other Hand, IQAS replied to my query today. They have requested me to reinitiate the application, so as to ensure I get a File number. They have requested to complete application in one go. Which is practically not possible with the daily limit issue.
Let me re-initiate the application today. Will keep you updated if the issue gets resolved.
