Yes, I called them on May 3, the lady was real nice as she understands that I have to call her. The reason I called them is our permits about to expire in August. So, she answered all my questions. My eligibility was passed. They are working on background check (Security and Criminality).
Most of us worry less about our documents but concern more about their processing time. As long as they can process less than 8 months, then I am happy to wait. I really don't want to have another application with CIC at this time.

I am also in the same boat, no updates after AOR on Nov 10. My profile shows’ in progress’ from day 1
You should have updates for medical and biometrics. Other than those, I do not have any other updates neither. So, that should be normal. An agent told me that in general no news is good news, I should pass on to you that message. Or, maybe just the way they say it to relax worrisome applicants.
I know the feeling, for 4-5 months logging in account everyday, there is no change.
You should be fine!

have you ever called them to get the update or ordered GCMS notes?
I didn’t order GCMS till now but a few days back I tried to call them but after a robotic voice, it was hanged up automatically. I was told we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements , you passed a medical exam on Dec 16, 2020, we don’t need additional documents, you don’t need interview(will send you a message if this changes), we don’t need fingerprints ( will message if this changes), we are processing your background ( will message if we need more information), well, it’s all same from the day I got my AOR

After hearing this, there is an option of pressing zero to talk to agent.

I have read in several threads that once eligibility is passed, WP extension applications take much less time. I think you are in a safe zone.

Thanks, I will definitely try and update ASAP
In many cases they might say that no agent is available to take calls. This can add to our frustrations at times. But, binge-calling a few times might help. Also, it might be easier to get hold of an agent in the earlier work hours due to less volume of calls.

All the best!!!

Hello everyone, yesterday, I called IRCC and the agent told me the same stuff as previous (we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility and security has yet not started ) but the other important thing I was told by the agent was that when we claim points for a job offer, it is valid until we get the ITA. She told me that I can change my job, even province if I wish to. She clearly said that I can't move to Quebec only otherwise its OK to move and change employer and job. I wont be losing 50 points claimed for LMIA in my case according to her. Still confused............
