Hi,

I have filed a legal lawsuit in my country’s High courts during the same time I applied for this visa. This was on international mafia which includes Indians and foreigners in corporates including foreign authorities working as mbassy staff in India. (I hate them anyways cause they are no good to me, they only like rich millionaires it seems... I don’t understand why they like rich millionaires). This is a very slow process and legal authorities related to courts themselves try to work slowly and do lax work all the time. Which means this case will be in pending status for years. Does this mean I cannot apply for a pr visa? The Canadian visa officers already know about this as I told my immigration consultancy about my problem. Can you please let me know if this is the reason why I am not getting my ITA?

Txs. They are not stories but real ones. If at all there are stories, it is definitely police and law who made it look like stories to protect the immigration reputation. Anyways, a visa officer must handle all scenarios, meaning, move your butt fast and get my visa no offence. I’m jealous everyone is getting faster than me.

Honestly, your posts are very confusing. What visa have you applied for? If you've already applied for PR and got COPR, why are you still waiting for an ITA?

You are not getting an ITA because your score is only 440. You need over 470. And the government is only drawing for CEC not FSW.

When I added provinces I got 1065. I go additional points.
