2173 License Selection (ambiguity)

Hello everyone,

My NOC 2173 got ITA SINP OID in Aug 2018, application submitted in October within 60 days ..

Graduation in CS (4 years)

Masters in computer and networks security

More then 6 years of experience as a software engineer

now my crap consultant says apply for APEGS but when i wrote email to APEGS they said they need Computer engineering to start with now i am really confused which license i should go for APEGS or CIPS..
