What is the status of your ECAS? Is it in process or application received?
If it is application received, when does it changed to application received?

my student visa was refused once
My GCMS note was going to be in transit on Feb/2 and at the same time, my secondary office changed from Ottawa to Etobicoke.
My ecas changed to application received on Apr/2 and my primary office became etobicoke and secoundary office is CIO.
The agent said the reason why it is transferred is work load at Sydney. ^^;
May be for your application because its transfer locally….
Mine transfer to home country … kind scary
