MBA is a better option considering your Bachelor's is in business as well. VOs tend to refuse SPs to students who further their studies in a different major than their previous major -- eliminating one possibility of refusal.

Can you have all questions in one so we can respond them all at one time? I dont see whats a problem with 15yrs total studies only, what matters is you get accepted to University and apply your permit. First you need LOA

Most universities require 16 years of education, so 4-year Bachelor degree. You would be hard pressed to find a reputable uni that will give you admission to a Master's degree with only 3 years of post-secondary qualification.

Also, no proper school will admit you into MSc Computer Science with an unrelated background - unless of course you have an impressive number of years of work experience in CS/IT.
