Visa Application explaining Previous US Visa Refusal

Hi,

I am plannning to apply for non-sds study permit visa. I have been refused US visa three times.
Tourist Visa (B2) -- 2018
Student Visa (F1) -- 2020
Student Visa (F1) -- 2020

How should I mention this in my Visa Application form? Can anyone please suggest?

Yes we need to mention this otherwise they can put a misrepresentation case on us which can ban us for 5 years.
