Return to Canada-Inland applicant with COPR received abroad

Hello,
I received my COPR a few days after leaving Canada and now I need to return to continue my studies (I was an international student on a study permit before receiving the CORP). The COPR letter asks to contact an email address if COPR is received while aborad, which I did 2 months ago and still haven't heard back.
Does anyone know what to do to go back to Canada? I assume that my study permit will have been cancelled since I am now a PR.. Otherwise it would have been valid until 2023.

The email requested that you email them if abroad since you aren't supposed to get a virtual landing if out of Canada. It is unclear whether your landing will be cancelled. You need to follow-up. You are normally asked to confirm that you are in Canada before receiving virtual landing to avoid this scenario. If you have landed you will need a PRTD to return to Canada.

Thank you! I sent them 2 emails to ask for the instructions but no answer. I don't know what else to do and I cannot call them from outside Canada. They didn't confirm my presence in Canada before issuing the COPR. In fact, they knew that I was already outside as I had informed them via webform before leaving. But they still issued the COPR. I have no means to know what I have to do to return if they don't answer the emails..
Is there any other way to contact them from abroad?

Would apply for a PRTD and see what happens plus wait for IRCC to get back to you.
