Mine is 26th March 2021. I got medical pass update and biometrics exempted on 14th April 2021.

My background check status is still " we are processing"
My AOR is March 22, 2021
i got ghost update on May 6, 2021
Called IRCC May 14, never got a GU after BIL completed, online account says "we are processing your background check" since AOR, also not sure why my case was sent to vancouver local office for processing while the residential address is in ontario

I think if I am not wrong they send to any visa office who got the capacity and they share the work load. Nothing to worry about. I hope you get the COPR soon!
