Then moved to Ottawa CPC
Then approved from Etobicoke VO

how can we check VO information in online portal ?

Yes, "We are processing" the only update I ever got is for medical and biometrics on same date. April 6. No updates after that. My VO is Ottawa.

My visa office is Ottawa too. AOR is March 20. Even i didn't receive amy update after Medical and Biometric.Criminality is passed and Eligibility is Recomended pass from last two and half weeks. After that no update security is not started yet. Todat i got two calls from "No Called ID" number but i was unable to respond to the call. I got calls at around 07:44PM (PST) and 07:45 (PST)

Can you tell me when you got the call from private number. Was it from IRCC or for background check? My AoR is March 19, a week after yours. I did get a call from a private number on April 29, but I couldn't answer it then as I was in a work call. I later thought it was spam as I get a lot of blank calls. I did not get any calls after that. So far my eligibility and criminality are done. Security is yet to start but this info is 2 weeks old now. Not sure what the status is currently. Thx. Btw, this call came in the evening around 8 pm.

Is it normal to get calls Iike this, did anyone else get these calls, and for what reasons. Is it part of the Background check or something in the application that they want to clarify?
How do they expect us to respond if they call us without any caller IDs. There are so many spam and blank calls these days.

That is pretty much the same for everyone when they submit the application and receive an AoR. Background shows as processing.
