Nope. not only applicants from India. Lot from Singapore VO too and other VO applicants got BVL but no final decision.

There will be another site maintenance on Monday, hoping we will get positive result after.

Bro. Do you see refusals where bvls are issued? I feel they put hold all the files.
 
i see refusal together with BVL.. but there are also approval with BVL... all on the same day.. so now we can only hope for the best.

i see. all of my ghost updates were real they were followed with updates or letters. it depends on the visa office. looks like abudhabi office have weird system. or they actually open your file everyday :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
