Hi All,

I flagpoled for work permit before and wonder if I should answer "yes" or "no" to question have you ever been refused admission, or ordered to leave canada or other country?

Can somebody please shed some lights? Thanks

Hi

If you are referring to the admin refusal from the US when flagpoling, the answer is "No".

I agree. I ticked yes on the first visa waiver I bought after I flagpoled for my new work permit. I write "flagpoled" into the specification box on the form. The officer told me to not even bother mentioning it on my next one.
He said, the refused entry for flag plowing ist just for administration. It has nothing to do with actually Bering refused entry into the country.
