Talked to Ircc agent today feb 16, he said that your application is under final review.
Can anyone advise if that means all stages passed i.e. eligibility, background & security? because till now ircc telephone machine says they r checking eligibility & background.
& also how long does it take for the final review to complete?

My imm consultant informed me yesterday that it has been approved day before yesterday that was Feb 16 same day when I called cic call center & was informed that it’s at final review stage.
