Why do you have to pay RPRF again?

Actually I am checking this point. I paid 1125 CAD in 2019 ( including 490 CAD) and I think the new rates (revised at some point in 2020) are 1325 CAD ( 825 for processing fee and 500 for RPRF). So I think would only have to pay 10 CAD extra, but frankly I am not sure. I have to investigate this

People have received PPR with no request to pay RPRF. You need to ask them to clarify. You already paid the first time around and shouldn't have to pay a cent regardless of increase in price

Did anyone post March 2020 COPR expiry get the email asking if they want to come to Canada yet?

We received CoPR in October 2020, valid until September 2021.
We got the 'do you still want' email in March 2021, responded positive the same day but nothing after that. No AL, nothing.
As September is coming closer and closer, praying that we can land before CoPR/visa expires.

It will come soon. I got my meds updated on 3rd May and got a PPR yesterday. Now, it's time to wait for VFS to re-open.

I did mine on April 21st.. at CDC Andheri..
They were quite strict about covid protocols.. they're giving fewer appointments in a day..
Social Distancing was possible.. they were sanitizing everything regularly.. made sure people don't come in contact with each other.. sanitize seats after someone leaves a testing room..

Oh that's good to know. How long did the whole thing take?

We completed remeds on 15 April and the meds got updated in system on 24 April. Now anxiously waiting for PPR.

I read someone got a PCC request again after remedical. Is this the case for all? Or is it remedica and then PPR?

Canada update about vaccination:
They have updated that also do vaccinated yourself.because preference will be given to vaccinated people for travel.

Nope, no exemption for me... Just valid CoPR and visa but unable to travel/land due to Canadian travel restrictions

Can anybody who got their re-meds done recently tell me if they attached a picture to their re-med form before going? The re-meds form dose not have our pictures, should i carry a visa size photograph? Will they take a pic there?

If your Docter is sending emedical report to ircc than you dnt need to submit photo but if it’s nt than you have to submit.please clarify with your Docter .I am sure they would have emedical facility so relaxed.
