Work permit delay in visa processing

You will apply for study permit for you daughter that is of school age while a visit visa for your son .

Letter of acceptance for study is not required for dependent students

For your 11months old son it will visit visa while for your Years will be study permit.

What document i have to attach for this tab in documents field? Resume/Job offer Letter etc?
Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)

Hi guys. Is there any update? I submitted my application for a lmia-exempt work permit on March 15th. After two months, there is no update. I did my biometrics and no medical examination is needed. My VISA office is CPC-Edmonton while I applied from outside Canada.

I'm still waiting for updates too. I submitted my own LMIA Exempt work permit in 21January biometric done same January still waiting for medical request . Though They are taking too much time to get back to us but i believe soon we all we hear from them.Please how do you get to know the VISA Office that is attending to your application???

I think the certificate you used in getting the job offer.

Raising a web form again hope it won't hurt because the processing time from Nigeria now is 33 weeks while my application is 37weeks

Why dont you try to reach out to them by calling. I don't understand what they doing like seriously. For God sake our applications is online and not paper. Please God have mercy on everyone of us waiting for IRCC to approve our application

We both have same timeline, I email them last week about the Nigeria timeline that dropped from 39 weeks to 32 weeks . They reply with the same generic email that my application is still under “Active Review “

I guessed IRCC have pause all application until all restrictions is removed.

My GCMS note should be ready by ending of the month by Gods grace at least one would able to know exact state the application. GCMS note would help one to know the next step.
