tourist visa for retired parents

Hello All
I am filing tourist visa for my parents. I earn good enough in Canada to support their entire stay but since supervisa processing is taking time, I am filing tourist visa as I am pregnant and need my parents to be here with urgently. But for tourist visa, they need to show their income.
They dont own any property in India on their name but my dad has monthly pension and some savings. My mother is housewife.

1)can you please suggest around how much money they need to show as Proof of means of financial support??
2) are below 4 documents enough? any other suggestions? thank you.

There's a travel ban at this time. Likely to extend. How do you suppose they travel urgently even their visa is approved?

I am looking to get the visa. If travel is permitted then only they can travel but first step is visa right

No not yet.

If they haven’t done their biometrics neither a TRV or supervisa will be processed. Biometrics have not been available in India for over a year. They will need to travel outside of India which may not be possible or advisable at the moment. Others have gone to Nepal or the UAE but don’t believe these are options anymore.
