what is Triage criteria - admissibility under Organization in GCMS Notes

I have received my GCMS Notes.

I was going through the notes and came across below note under Association for Organization

Organization & Entities : 1
creation date : XXX
Created by : xxxx
Amount in CAD : Blank
Org/Entity ID : XXXXX
Name : Triage Criteria - Admissibility
Type = Organization
Sub Type = Other
Other Sub Type Descrip = DN Statistics
Contact Famile Name : Blank
Contact Given Names : Blank
Other Reason Description : Triage factor
Expire Date : Blank
Effective Date : 2020/12/10
Status : Active

Rest all blank

@legalfalcon @caipsnotes , can you pls. advise do I have to take any actions or need to be concerned on this? Can you guide me what this section highlights.
Secondly , I see an update on effective date in Dec 12, does it mean there are some activities which happened on Dec 12? I had submitted RCMP document back in Nov 28th and that has not opened at all as I see no action on Notes. The last Notes in GCMS is on Nov 17.

Did you get any idea what that is? Even my GCSM has this and I am not sure what it means.

Hey were you refused Canada visa at any point of time or did you mention YES to any question in your Schedule A form?

I did refused entry and yes I mentioned in the background form. Please tell why is there a triage to DN?
