Work hours during the summer

Hi,

I am currently doing the MAPD program at cambrian college and for thr final semester we have a unpaid internship or a capstone project, because its now the summer the place where i work has added 20+ hours, so can I work 20+ hours while doing the capstone project or should I tell them to fix it back to 20 hours?

Fo anyone who is interested to know Cambrian college said that it will be a breach of the study permit
