Husband status is as following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on March 5, 2021 (ECAS status changed to "Decision Made" on 25-Mar-2021)
3. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on April 6, 2021. (ECAS status changed to "Complete")
4. Card received on 10-April-2021.

Wife status is as following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on March 6, 2021 (ECAS status also updated to "Decision Made")
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 15, 2021. (ECAS status updated to "Complete")
5. Card received on 26-March-2021.

I sent the passport photos as a regular letter on Apr 23rd and was able to link the application on Monday, May 3rd.
I also just received an update in the portal that my PR card has been sent, that was quick. The expiry date shown in the portal is April 29, 2026, so I assume it only took 6 days from the day I mailed the photos.

The portal now says: "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. "

Just wanted to update you guys that the PR cards arrived today (for me + spouse). So took exactly a week.

They didn't update the address in time, the one for wife was went to Vancouver address (old address) and for husband it got mailed to within GTA.

Hello everybody,

I had applied for my PR card renewal in last week of January 2021. While my wife got her card last month, I still haven't received mine. The online status shows decision made but hasn't changed since the past month.

I have been trying to call the helpline but I always get the message that they are unable to transfer the call to an agent.

Is there any other way to talk to a IRCC agent? Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
