I was about to give my medicals today(10th may) I’ve been tested positive on 9th may a day before and 15th is the last day for visa filing, What is the best thing i can do now? Can i submit the covid report as proof for visa filing?

You can submit the study permit application without an upfront medical. After that -- it's up to you if you want to wait for IRCC to send you a medical request or you can go for one and upload the results through webform.

Submit without the medical. Wish you quick recovery if you are not asymptomatic.

Can i submit my study permit application from home or is it mandatory to go to nearby vfs office to submit it? And if it is mandatory to go to vfs office will i be needed there for any signature or verfication, cause I already have covid symptoms.

You need to submit your SP application online, so -- yes it can be from home. I suggest you do a lot of research yourself about this cause this is something you should know yourself by now. It will be mandatory to go to VFS office to give your biometrics later on.
