Hi I just want to know that I want to apply as extended family member with my wife. we have a valid visa and our application for authorization and statutory declaration form is already signed by canadian member and send to us. Now we want to apply for request for authorization. can any body help us how to apply for that because one of my friend applied in Nov 2020 and they sent email to ircc. He gets approval
1now how can I apply means email or web form?
2 we have to apply differently or single form or mail?

Who is the family member in Canada? Only one of you probably are authorized to travel. Do you have a vistor visa?

So only your wife is eligible to travel. The instructions are in the link provided above as the process has changed since last year. It is a webform.
