Hi guys,
My mother's and my name were included as a family member in protected person's In-Canada application made by my father. Our medical has been done. In which my mother has been asked for TB treatment while my medical has been cleared even after further medical tests. Do I have to wait for my mother to finish treatment or do I get a visa?

You'll need to wait until your mother finished treatment.

Depends. If in the forms you put her as a principal applicant then she would need to become a permanent resident before any one here. If you were principal applicant then you can get PR first. Its all written down in rules but better talk to your representative or lawyer. If you dont have one talk to your MP. They can help you separate your application from your mothers.

Thanks for replay.
I thought maybe my dad is the principal applicant because he is already in Canada and submitted the main application and include us(me and my mother) as family member but now it's clear to me.

By the way what is MP?

Unfortunately you cannot link your spouse application.
