Biometrics: exempted Mar 31

Just received the webform response:
Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,

• The background verifications are currently valid.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is in process.
• Your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Any thoughts? Does "the background verifications are currently valid" mean eligibility passed? Thanks

I called Ircc twice, this morning and yesterday morning, to ask about my status. Both agents said that Med and Bil passed on Mar 12, Eligibility passed, Criminality passed, Security passed, Background check completed, VO ottawa I cant believe it, I didnt receive a single GU since Mar 12. What expectation should I have?
