Good news for our application, it changed to "complete" today (DM received on March 9, full timeline in my signature).

ECAS changed to DM on March 9, and completed on Apr15 (dated April 14). We got the actual COPR emailed on April 19.

Now let's see how long it takes for the PR Card

Would it be a waste of time & money Appling for a Visitor Visa after getting DM ?
PR application is outland

I got my DM on Ecas on December 2020 and also pre arrival from ircc but when I recently filled the web form in reply they said your FILE IS UNDER PROCESS I don't understand what does that mean while the status shows DM on Ecas and it's been 3+ months.

In my humble opinion, I would say no.

Visitor Visas aren't really being granted right now because of the pandemic.

You all already at DM, so just a little longer (let's hope)!
