Upfront medical Passed just today. Biometrics still not updated

What does this mean?
I gave my biometrics on 25th April, and it is still not updated on IRCC website. Today I noticed my medical exam just passed (it was upfront). Is this a good sign?

Is it true if medicals pass that means they have my biometrics?
I heard medicals happen after biometric only.

My biometric status is "we need your fingerprint" - and also no biometric number or date of biometric is on my profile.

However, my passport has a biometric sticker

do you have ur biometrics number in the portal ? if yes then they have received your fingerprints

I was thniking, what if they have it but due to a technical glitch its not there?

Without biometric they dont start processing medicals right?

they can i think. it is not related. biometrics is related to background check. but i think if if you didn't receive any updates then you should contact them.

I can't call them and raised a webform.

What can I do, i gave the biometrics ..

then just wait. only contact if your application took more time than the processing time stated for your country

VAC is saying they sent the biometric and IRCC say they havent received anything

VAC is saying they sent the biometric and IRCC say they havent received anything

if the VAC center is closed with IRCC offices in your country then they will only receive it when they resume their services.
