Hello, I got an email from IRCC this morning requesting me to pay the RPRF (right of permanent residence fees). is it a good sign? In my case, I am the applicant and my wife and kids are my dependents, so have I to pay $1000.00 in total? the payment should be made through the online website right?

It sounds like very good news. I paid the RPFR in advance when I submitted my application. I guess it should be done online . Did u get a notification in your account? If yes, the instructions should be in there.

Could you please also share your timeline ? What date did you submit your PR application?

No GU for me too. From what I am seeing, Ottawa VO is much faster than Sydney VO. I am assuming my application will proceed slowly.
