did you receive your medical letter after eligibility has started ?
I really don't know, my application was handled by an agency. I just received notifications from IRCC that there was a message in my application, so I notified the agent and they checked. Never got notified about eligibility starting, just got notifications when:
1. My application was submitted
2. Biometrics letter (next day)
3. Medical request letter
4. Biometrics validation letter
5. Passport request

Medical Request - Waitinggggggggggggggggggggggggggg o_O
Hi, Have you got any updates or still waiting for Medical? I guess in India none of the Non-SDS got a Medical request. Seems some of Non-SDS got further process due to their upfront medical. My friend also waiting for Medical since March.

There is a good chance to process the backlogs by IRCC in India since there is no way for new applicants to process the BIO. It would be grateful if IRCC considers the Non-SDS medical who already completed their BIO. I am not sure this will happen. I am seeing still SDS is getting processed.

It’s advisable to go for medical examination before they request because processing the medical test results would take 15 days.
How should we inform IRCC then, that we have given a medical without a medical letter from them? Wont that create a conflict on our application?

No it won’t create a conflict in your application because you can use webform to update ircc on your medical examination, and by that you would save application processing time.I had done upfront medical examination, and I received my ppr 2 months after submitting my application.

So you are saying I should go and get my medical done and send the document through webform? If yes, then don't you think IRCC would count it as a negative because we are not following the process where they would send us a medical letter first.

Is there a rule that one cannot get medical examination done before ircc sends medical letter?I got my medical examination done without any letter from ircc, and I even got my ppr.you can wait for ircc to send medical request letter, then get your medical done, but only disadvantage is once you get your medical done it takes 4 weeks to be processed, and that would result in longer application processing time.
