Hi, I got PR in Nov 2019 and did my landing in Jan 2020. I came back to My country India and got Married in Feb 2021. I was planning to relocate to Canada but because of Covid, I post poned my plans. I am planning to move to Canada later this year(2021). I want to check if there is a way I can start my spousal sponsorship while in India considering the situation? What is a fastest way to get spousal PR? Can I only sponsor after going to Canada?

You can only sponsor from within Canada,after returning to Canada.
