I got the same refusal reason during my last refusal "Not satisfied that you leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."

My sister applied in December, this is her timeline:

Application submitted: Dec 17 2020
Biometrics collection letter: Dec 19 2020
Biometrics completed: Jan 22 2021

That's it, no AIP. She's applying form Honduras as I did, but for some reason it says she doesn't need medical exams when I did have to take the exams. I already received PPR. I applied two weeks before she did, but we gave biometrics on the same date. It's been more than 14 weeks and she hasn't received any news. Any comments? Is anyone from December still waiting too?
