Urgent! Job offer signature!

Hi,

Due to Covid my employer and I can't meet in person to sign job offer and contract. So my employer decides to sign first, send me a scanned PDF, then I'll print and sign, then scan again for upload
Since I'll be printing out a scanned document, and then scan AGAIN after signing. The image quality would be very bad!

Anyone please advise how to fix this silly issue???

I don’t think the quality would be bad I did the same, just use a quality print and scanner

most PDFs can be signed on android or ios in the mobile or tablet itself
