I sent photos to the Etobicoke office by mail and they were delivered on 1st April. Is there a way to check the progress or maybe add it to gckey account?

You can link the Pr card process to ur gckey account. Mine was linked same day when u sent photos

Welcome to our waiting team, sent January 12, since no news, as you know 2020 there has been around 50000000 new refugees that is why they can not process all in time. no enough staff put a photo and print them.

It depend on the processing office work load. I think they just scan it into system. And send for processing.

I've been trying to link/add the PR card process to my account without success. Would you please let me know what information did you use to link yours?
(My photo was received by the Montreal office on April 14th).

Just fill the information like UCI number and date of birth. They ask date of becoming permanent resident and country of birth. It is easy. Then search and it will find ur application then link it
