Hey,
I am just wondering any outland applicant or inland applicant with outland dependents received PPR/ COPR recently after March 2020. It appears no PPR or COPR being issued to outland applicants or inland applicants with outland dependents due to Canada border restrictions.

I agree with you. It seems outland applicants are on hold due to travel restrictions. There are some applicants in the forum whose status was updated to decision made on February end and early March but they still have not got any updates. I am outland applicant with 2 dependents (outland). I passed medical on early April and status in ECAS updated to `decision made` on April end but no any updates there after till now.

Im the principal applicant inland. I got my PR last May 2020 but up to now my spouse who is outside Canada did not receive his COPR yet.

Don`t know abt the outland upfront medical but so many updates here in the forum abt Inland applicants going for upfront medical and they received the DM & COPR very fast.
