because last they replied me like I have to wait and they are working on April applicant and its been 18 days so now if they call to be in May so it will be accurate as I applied on May 20.
It would be a complete disaster if this is true. I read somewhere that the UNHCR director in Canada contacted the government back in January/February 2021 to express concerns about the process.
Thank you. I applied in may 2020, did my medicals in August 2020 and biometrics in November. I had my eligibility interview April 2021.
did you get an ID or just a passport submission? as i am may Applicant as well have done biometric and passport submission and waiting for eligibility interview

I can feel your frustration, and I wish all of you guys a positive decision at the end . I'm 2019 December applicant,got my interview on January 2020 , biometrics done in January, the "interview" which is not an interview really , just some documents being handover to you done February 2020 and at the same time I get my ID. On July 2020 Less complex case letter received, submitted all necessary documents. I got a virtual hearing date for December 18 2020 , and then positive at the time of hearing . It just took 30 minutes plus ID verification (20 minutes) . As I say it's a really long way and now this covid came up from nowhere. It's making this nearly impossible to reach . My whole case were done in exact 1 year , wish you the same. I applied for pr on February 24 2021 and waiting for it . Wish all of you guys a positive decision with your loved ones
Thank you for sharing. It feels so good to read a positive experience, even a pre-covid one. We have been struggling for good news. I hope we hear something positive, soon.
